The Common Future for Turkey and Armenia Citizen's Diplomacy project has been launched by the Society and Democracy Association in March 2010. The project is realized with the partnership of Analytical Center on Globalization and Regional Cooperation. The first workshop in Istanbul has been funded by Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Association Turkey.
The project aims to bring ''partners in conflict'' from Armenia and Turkey. The university students have been picked as ''partners in conflict'' in the first Istanbul workshop. The most experienced facilitator Dr. Edy Kaufman from University of Maryland had facilitated the Istanbul workshop.
The second workshop in Yerevan is planned to be held in 2010 November.
